I decided to pursue cleaning as a career the summer when I bought my first home. It was a smoker's home. Even with help, it took two weeks of full-time scrubbing every wall, several times over to remove the smoke. It was a grueling task, but the results were worth the effort. The day before moving into my home, I was up all night cleaning my apartment to ready it for the move-out inspection. Again, the results were very satisfying. The following week, one of my friends moved to another city on a very short notice and I spent hours cleaning for her. Again, it was so satisfying leaving behind a fresh and clean home that someone could enjoy. This is when I knew that I wanted to pursue cleaning as a career. It is now my privilege to provide cleaning services within the city of Winnipeg.
